The limited-edition Mother's Day range includes four bespoke cocktails, each of which serves two and costs €14.50 per bottle - although you can also buy the set of four for €55 with free shipping. The cocktails have been mixed exclusively with Regal Rogue, a range of Australian vermouths made with indigenous botanicals, for a beautifully balanced sip.
What's on the menu?
First up in the range is the Mommie Dearest cocktail. Made with Regal Rogue Bold Red, this dessert-flavoured drink features sloe gin and rhubarb flavours, and is ideal for sipping throughout the day.
The Queen Bee, which is made with Regal Rogue Lively White, is a mix of rum, banana and passion fruit. With lower alcohol and sugar content than typical cocktails, this tropical twist is delicious garnished with banana chips.
The No. 1 Mum, another low ABV bottle, is made with Regal Rogue Wild Rose vermouth, then mixed with vanilla vodka, peach and citrus flavours. Serve it chilled with a grapefruit wedge for the perfect Sunday sip.
Rounding out the offering is the Mum's The Word cocktail, which is made with Regal Rogue Daring Dry. Blended with pineapple, almond and fruity Irish whiskey, this is best served with a slice of fresh pineapple.
