Five delicious recipes to get you through the week.

SHARE

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think.

Whipped coffee

The so-called Dalgona coffee has well and truly take over the internet and, to be honest, we can't get enough. This whipped coffee requires a bit of elbow grease to get right, but the thick, frothy result is well worth it. Try it out here

Shakshouka with baked eggs and coriander yoghurt

Eggs are a super versatile food that can be eaten at any time of the day and even if you're struggling to keep your kitchen as well-stocked as you like, we bet you have a few eggs on hand. This shakshouka recipe is easy to follow and can be scaled up or down, depending on how many people you need to feed. We recommend doubling the yoghurt recipe to use as a dip or salad dressing. Courgette, pea, mint and feta fritters

These courgette fritters from Two Boys Brew are a great way to enjoy a serious hit of goodness. Packed with veggies, this dish is great for a light dinner but we recommend doubling the fritters so that you can enjoy them for lunch throughout the week. Try the recipe here

Banana and blueberry oat muffins

Now that we're into week seven of this global pandemic, you might have found that you're repeating some of your favourite recipes a little too often. If you need to add a bit of variety to your meal plan, these oat muffins will definitely do the job. They're easy to make, jam-packed with flavour and sure to help keep you full through a morning full of Zoom meetings. Get the recipe here

Devilled hen eggs with charred sweet potato and green relish

Did you hear that Arun Kapil is set to host online spice masterclasses? If, like us, you can't get enough of Arun's spicy style of food, try this delicious egg recipe this week. The combination of sweet potato and spice is delicious, and we can't get enough of the green relish. Get the recipe here
