What We're Cooking This Week

Five gorgeous recipes to try out this week.

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Thai-Style Clam Curry

We published several recipes from LEON Happy Curries on the site earlier this week and ever since, we have been craving this gorgeous clam recipe. We don't cook with clams enough, so we're looking forward to whipping up this dish this week. Get the recipe here

Sea Salt Caramel Squares

Salted caramel is our weakness, so we know we won't be able to resist this gorgeous Edward Hayden recipe this week. They're perfect to keep in the cupboard for a sweet treat with a cup of tea, but we reckon they won't last too long! Try the recipe here.

Pumpkin with Ricotta, Brown Butter and Sage

We love pasta and we love autumn so we can't think of a better recipe than one that combines the two. This dish combines pumpkin, sage and brown butter to highlight the absolute best of the season and, as a bonus, it's pretty quick to whip up, making it the perfect midweek meal. Try the recipe here

Slow-Cooked Daube of Beef

We covered beef cheeks in our latest Back To Basics guide and since then, we have been looking forward to trying this gorgeous slow-cooked beef dish. It might take a while to produce this super tender beef but it's well worth the effort. Get the recipe here

Whiskey Pumpkin Pie

Fall Flavours was all about cloves this week, so we're feeling inspired to make this whiskey pumpkin pie recipe this week. The combination of cloves, pumpkin, cinnamon and whiskey is so autumnal that we can't wait to try this recipe and fully embrace spooky season. Get the recipe here
