What We're Cooking This Week

Five delicious recipes for you to try this week.

SHARE

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Double Chocolate Chip Cookies

We posted our top tips for baking cookies over the weekend and ever since, we have been craving these gorgeous chocolate cookies. This recipe from the Dublin Cookie Company is so easy to make that you'll end up baking them over and over again. We love to sprinkle a little sea salt on top to accentuate the chocolate flavour. Try it out here.

Spiced Pear Tarte Tatin

Another amazing bake, this tarte tatin is perfect for Autumn. Showcasing the flavours of sweet pears, cinnamon and star anise, this tart is a little unusual, but absolutely delicious. Try it out here

Panissa Rice

We love Jamie Oliver's recipes, especially this Panissa Rice from last year's Jamie Cooks Italy. Described as a cousin of risotto, this rice packs a punch of flavour and would be perfect for a midweek meal. Get the recipe here.

Black Pudding Sandwich

Oxmantown is known for their killer sandwiches and this black pudding creation is no different. We love the combination of blue cheese and black pudding, which creates a delicious savoury flavour. This dish is so versatile that you could eat it at any time of day, but we especially love it for brunch. Get the recipe here

Tom's Potato and Watercress Picnic Salad

Last Friday was National Potato Day, so of course we had to explore some of our delicious potato recipes. This dish from Tom O'Connell is one of our absolute favourites because it is jam-packed with flavour and very easy to make. Try it out here
