It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Chipotle-Spiced Chicken Wings With Crozier Blue Cheese

Chicken wings are one of our favourite dishes and we are obsessed with this recipe from The Marker Hotel in Dublin. The addition of Crozier Blue cheese sauce offsets the spiciness of the wings, but it is also delicious on sandwiches. Try it out here

Cherry Ricotta Cheesecake

The first of two cheesecakes on this week's list, this cherry ricotta cheesecake from Catherine Fulvio is a total showstopper. Jam-packed with flavour with a gorgeous finished look, this dish is perfect in September. Get the recipe here

We are obsessed with brunch and our go-to dish is always eggs Benedict, but hollandaise sauce is so much more versatile. During summer, we love to have it with some asparagus but during Autumn, it's great with different types of fish. Try it out here.
