It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Coconut and vanilla cinnamon rolls 

Cinnamon is one of our absolute favourite flavours, especially at this time of year. It's warming, slightly spicy notes are perfect at this time of year, particularly in baked goods, which is why we're so fond of this Glenisk recipe. Coconut almond fudge

It's hard to go wrong with a recipe from Camerino Bakery and this one is no different. This delicious fudge is deceptively simple to make and just so happens to be vegan, meaning it's perfect for all of your plant-based pals. Mini Fish Pies

When it's cold out, we crave comfort food and turn to recipes like this one for mini fish pies. The topping is delicious, the filling is super moreish and, best of all, this is an extremely simple recipe to pull together, making it perfect for a tasty midweek meal. Try the recipe here

Ballymaloe chicken liver pâté

It's not Christmas without pâté! This Ballymaloe version is so tasty and easy to make that you'll question why you ever opted for the store-bought variety. For an elegant starter, set the pâté in individual containers. Try the recipe here

We took a look at how to make the perfect soups and stocks in our back to basics guide last week and ever since, we've been thinking about this delicious carrot and ginger version.
