What We Want To Cook This Week

Sort out your meal plan with our latest guide.

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

1. Pork Dumplings

We love this take on pork dumplings from Saba. Full of aromatic, fruity flavours these dumplings can be fried or steamed, depending on what you feel like, but we love to double the recipe so that we have enough for lunch the next day. Get the recipe here.

2. Chargrilled Chicken Caesar Salad

This classic dish is elevated with the flavours of pancetta, shallots and sourdough croutons, making it perfect for a light dinner or flavoursome lunch. This dressing for this salad is so good that you'll want to use it again and again, so make a big batch to use in salads throughout the week. Try the recipe here

3. Black Forest Gateaux

Another classic, this Black Forest Gateaux from Peter Murphy is an absolute showstopper. We love that the freshness that comes from the fruit, as well as the rich flavours from the chocolate icing, which makes it the perfect treat. This dessert is perfect for entertaining, so try it out this week. Get the recipe here

4. Lamb Cutlets, Cous Cous and Minted Yoghurt

This dish highlights lamb and mint, one of our favourite flavour combinations. To amp up the Middle Eastern flavours in this dish, we love to add some roasted aubergine and pomegranate seeds to the cous cous. Try it out here

5. Coronation Chicken in Rosemary and Sea Salt Focaccia

Did you read our guide on how to make the most of a whole chicken? If you're anything like us, you probably have leftovers from your Sunday roast and this coronation chicken sandwich is a great way to use them up. Get the recipe here
