While lots of people have become fascinated with tending to their sourdough starters, we still have a soft spot in our hearts for classic Guinness bread. It seems like we should have lots of extra time now that most of us are working from home, but if you're anything like we are, then you must feel like the days are flying by and you somehow have even less time than usual. You don't have to do too much and can leave it in the oven while you work, plus it's a super comforting dish.
