What we're cooking this week

Five recipes to get you through the week.


It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think.

Autumn is creeping in and we're really dreaming of this tarte tatin right now. By using ready-made puff pastry, prep time is cut in half but if you're not in the mood for pears, you could easily replace them with apples. Try the recipe here

We're really in the mood for dessert this week - did you guess? These ginger nut biscuits are so easy to make and work so well with a cup of tea. Once you have the dough rolled into balls, you can freeze them on trays and cook directly from frozen. Try the recipe here

This salmon recipe is perfect for a quick midweek dinner. Cooking the salmon in paper alongside vegetables means everything gets cooked together at the same time with absolutely minimal effort. Try it out here.

Falafel is perfect for lunch, so we like to double this recipe to eat throughout the week. This dish is served up in a wrap but the falafel works really well or in a salad or even just by themselves as a snack. Get the recipe here.
