With the weather becoming ever-colder at this time our year, thoughts turn to comforting, warming dishes.
This trio of recipes from well-known chef Kevin Dundon fit the bill nicely. A filling soup (which could do as a main or a starter), a classic chicken chasseur - and a delicious sticky toffee pudding to finish things off in style.
Cauliflower and Blue Cheese Soup
"This is a classic combination of flavours. This is quite a filling soup recipe so a little goes a long way. For a varied flavour why not try adding in a little curry powder when cooking the soup for a mild curried alternative."
