The sun is shining, summer is on the horizon and we're feeling good.

Culinary inspiration isn't something we take for granted here at FOOD&WINE and we know that meal planning can sometimes be a bit stressful. That's why every week we publish a list of recipes that we want to cook, helping to take the worry out of dinner. Red mullet, artichokes and bacon with a seafood cream

Warm steak salad with horseradish, mustard and balsamic vinegar

Any recipe from Never Maguire is a winner in our eyes, and this salad is no different. While it serves four, you can very easily double the recipe so you can enjoy it for lunch or dinner several times during the week - simply sear the beef and cool it, before enjoying the slices cold with the salad leaves and dressing. Southern-style crispy chicken with blue cheese Caesar salad

If the warm weather holds up this week, a crunchy, creamy salad will be a perfect addition to your menu. Donal Skehan seems to have perfect the recipe for crispy chicken, making this dish one of our absolute favourites. While Skehan opts to serve this salad as is, you could easily put add it to a roll or wrap to make an easy-to-eat, portable version of this Caesar salad. Get the recipe here

Coconut granola with roasted pineapple

Don't forget to add breakfast to the menu this week - when you're rolling out of bed at the last second to make it to your 9am meeting, a satisfying breakfast often falls by the wayside. This granola recipe is a great addition to your weekly meal plan because you can make a huge batch of it to do you for a full week; simply serve with some yoghurt and your favourite fruit for an easy, filling meal.
