It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think.

Spicy Indian fish bake

For an island nation, we don't eat nearly enough fish. If you want to experiment with cooking fish for the first time, this recipe is a good place to start.

It's really quick to make and because everything is cooked in one dish, the clean-up is minimal. Try it out here.

One-Pan chicken Parmesan 

Chicken Parmesan is a classic dish, but Donal's take on it is a little lighter than its American counterpart. Using courgette noodles instead of pasta, this dish if filling and really easy to pull together. Get the recipe here.

This dish, as with the one above, is all about comfort. There's nothing more classic than beef bourguignon and even though it requires some effort, the end result is always worth it. Crispy chicken with chimichurri dip

Think chicken tenders, but make it gourmet. This crispy chicken recipe is so easy to make, but it's the chimichurri dip that's the real winner here. It works really well with halloumi and steak, so double the recipe for the dip and keep it in a sealed container in the fridge for about a week. Get the recipe here
