It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again. Try them out with us!

White Chocolate Tiramisu

Tiramisu is such an indulgent dessert and this recipe from Neven Maguire combines delicious flavours to create a fantastic dish. The poached raspberries are particularly delicious, but you could swap in other fruits if you prefer the flavour - we think strawberries or blueberries would be great in the summer. Slow Cooked Beef Rib

This recipe from Paul Flynn of The Tannery in Dungarvan results in perfectly tender beef that falls right off the bone. The carrots that accompany this dish are so delicious that you'll make them again and again. Click here for the recipe.

Mascarpone Chocolate Pots with Homemade Honeycomb

This dessert is super-impressive, especially if you make the mascarpone yourself. Morgan McGlynn's recipe from The Modern Cheesemaker is as delicious as it looks. Check out the recipe here

Kale and Smoked Cheddar Risotto

This recipe from JB DuBlois is easy to put together but tastes absolutely delicious. The kale works really well, but if it's not your favourite, you could try it with spinach rocket. Get the recipe here
