It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook this week.
Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again. Try them out with us!
Pan-Fried Halloumi with Cherry Tomato and Wilted Spinach
Halloumi is one of our favourite cheeses, so we would eat it with nearly anything. This salad is super quick to throw together and tastes great, so it's a really great option for a quick lunch or dinner this week. Get the recipe here.

Rory's Medjool Date and Vanilla Tart
This tart is one of our favourite O'Connell family recipes. Given to us by renowned chef Rory O'Connell, this tart is deliciously sweet with perfectly crisp pastry. If you're looking to try an alternative tart recipe. then this is a great option. Try the recipe here.

Nettle Tarts
Nettles are coming into season right now, so these tarts are a great way to use them up. Some might think that they're a bit of a weird ingredient but nettles actually taste really good when they're handled properly and this is an excellent way to try them out for the first time. Lamb Stew Hot Pot
The weather is set to stay chilly this week, so there's no better way to stay warm than with this lamb hot pot. Filling, homely and moreish, this dish is definitely a winner. Try the recipe here.

This Kevin Dundon recipe is another warming recipe. The sauce has great flavour, so it will definitely become a recipe you make over and over again. Try it out here.
