What We Want To Cook This Week

Five delicious dishes for you to try this week.

SHARE

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Peach Berry Crumble

This versatile recipe is absolutely delicious and can be made with whatever fruit is in season. While we love the combination of peach and blueberry, now that it's starting to come into September, we thing blackberry and apple would work very well too. Try the recipe here.

Tom Yum Soup

We absolutely love Tom Yum Soup, it's like a big bowl of comfort. This recipe from Sadie's Kitchen is super easy to make and pack a serious punch of flavour, so we'll definitely be making this soup this week. Get the recipe here.

Orange And Yoghurt Panna Cotta With Poached Rhubarb

This dessert is ideal for dinner parties, as you can make it up ahead of time and set it all in glasses, leaving you with more time to spend with your guests. We love the idea of trying this recipe with different fruits, like plums or blackberries instead of poached rhubarb. Get the recipe here.

Wood Roasted Sirloin With Fermented Black Beans And Yellow Chanterelles

This Hang Dai recipe is a delicious take on modern Chinese food. We love the combination of chantrelles with fermented black beans, they provide a massive bump of umami flavour. Try the recipe here.

Dark Chocolate Macarons

These showstopping dark chocolate macarons come from the Ferrandi School of Culinary Arts' new chocolate cookbook and we can't wait to make them! While macarons require an extra bit of effort, the end result is always worth it. Try the recipe here.
