It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Braised Eggs with Leek and Za'atar

Leeks were our seasonal ingredient for this week so we've been looking for clever ways to cook with them. This recipe comes from Yotam Ottolenghi's latest cookbook SIMPLE, which aims to provide quick, easy and delicious recipes that everyone can master. This dish is perfect for brunch and is so tasty. Lemon and Lime Cheesecake

The weather is distinctly summery outside so we think this dessert would be perfect for any and all al fresco dining you might be taking part in this week. The lemon and lime flavours are super citrusy and delicious, but if they're not your cup of tea, try orange or grapefruit instead. Try the recipe here.

Miso Soup With A Poached Egg

If you need some variety in your life, try this miso soup. Traditionally eaten for breakfast in Japan, the poached egg makes this soup creamy and moreish. It's so good that we'll probably end up eating it every day this week! Get the recipe here.

Protein Balls

Over the weekend we shared a piece about protein balls, their benefits and their downsides. Love them or hate them, there's no denying that they're super tasty. These recipes from Two Boys Brew are super tasty and contain absolutely no nasties, so you'll get some serious flavour alongside a boost of energy. Try the recipe here.

Lamb Rump With Autumn Veg and Turmeric Couscous

Did you read our back to basics guide to lamb rump? We're planning to cook lamb rump lots this week, thanks to all the tips and tricks we picked up in the guide, but this recipe has us particularly interested. There are plenty of summer vegetables available now, so we're hoping to adapt the accompaniments to suit the season. Click here for the recipe.
