It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Charred Pork Banh Mí Salad

Donal Skehan's latest cookbook is jam-packed with quick and tasty dishes that are perfect for those that want to enjoy something nutritious but are short on time. This banh mí salad is one of our favourites because it's so easy to whip up and we love the tangy notes from the pickled carrots. If you're not so much a salad person, try stuffing this salad into a roll for a filling, delicious lunch. Get the recipe here

Chilli and crab linguine

This pasta dish is comfort food at its finest. Full of spicy notes and fresh seafood, this looks so impressive but is surprisingly easy to whip up. The pasta recipe is a great one to add to your arsenal – it's so versatile and works with a multitude of different sauces and toppings. Try it out here

Ramen is one of those foods that we constantly crave. While there are plenty of wonderful places to visit when you need a ramen fix, there's a certain joy associated with creating the dish from scratch at home. What's life without dessert? This delicious dish is so quick to whip up, so we like to make a few in advance and leave them in the fridge for a couple of days to enjoy after dinner. These pots are really rich, so a small portion goes a long way. Try it out here.

Caramelised red onion and goat's cheese tart

We love the combination of red onion and goat's cheese, so this dish is one of our absolute favourites. It's so versatile too – eat it for lunch, dinner, on a picnic, on the way to work – that we find it ends up on our meal prep list fairly often. Get the recipe here
