It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

Salted Caramel Cookies

Combining all of our favourite things, these salted caramel cookies look absolutely delicious. We're fairly sure they won't last long, so you're better off making a double batch to make sure everyone gets to try these fabulous biscuits. Get the recipe here

Turkey Burgers With Chanterelles and Gruyere

It was National Burger Day last week, so we indulged in a few beef burgers over the weekend. To change things up this week, we think this turkey burger from The Currabinny Cookbook could be just what we need to eat. Try the recipe here.

Korean Lamb Chops

Sweet, spicy and jam-packed with flavour, these lamb chops from Jess Murphy of Kai in Galway are so easy to make. The mint and chilli slaw is very versatile and would probably work really well with chicken too. Get the recipe here.

The Perfect Roast Housekeeper’s Cut

This classic recipe is a firm favourite with anyone that gets to try it, but it's surprisingly easy to throw together. Full of flavour, this dish is a great way to use a forgotten cut of beef. Get the recipe here.

Caramelised Onion and Goat’s Cheese Tart

We're obsessed with this tart recipe from Tom Meenaghan. Perfect for picnics or as meal prep for the week, this tart is super simple but tastes so good. Try the recipe here.
