It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.
Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!
When the weather turns chilly and the rain is lashing down (like it did all weekend), there's one dish we always turn to for comfort: soup. This seasonal soup from Dr Rupy Aujla's newest book, The Doctor's Kitchen - Eat To Beat Illness, is delicious and the red pesto is so good that you'll want to make a double batch and save some for the rest of the week. This delicious Hugo Arnold recipe is ideal for breakfast, lunch, when you have guests coming around or just because you fancy a scone.
