It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

1. Braised Beef Shin Pie

2. Fish Tacos

In our eyes, tacos are always a good option. These fish tacos are super easy to whip up, so they make a delicious quick dinner option. We think this recipe would work really well with prawns or salmon if you don't have white fish to hand. Get the recipe here

3. Spare Ribs With Mango Chutney

This summery recipe is perfect now that the weather is starting to get a little warmer. These meaty, moreish ribs are ideal for al fresco dining and the mango chutney is absolutely delicious. We recommend making a double batch as you're going to want to eat it with everything. Try the recipe here

4. Scallops, Mussels, Buttermilk, Leeks

While this Michelin-starred recipe may sound a little intimidating, it isn't that hard to prepare and the taste makes all the effort absolutely worth it. Why not try your hand at something new and attempt this delicious dish this week? Try the recipe here.

5. The Ultimate Hamburger

The Leaving Certificate exams kick off this week so we're hoping that will guarantee some good weather for the next little while! Fingers crossed that actually happens and we can fire up the barbecue to cook up some of these hamburgers. Offering heaps of flavour and delicious texture, we reckon this will be your go-to hamburger for the whole summer. Try it out here
