What We Want To Cook This Week

Sort out your meal plan with our guide.

It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

1. Garlic and Chilli Prawns

Since we posted our back to basics guide to prawns, we have been dreaming about this delicious dish. So quick and easy to make, this Las Tapas de Lola recipe is perfect for al fresco summer dining. Try it out here

2. Gooseberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake

Gooseberries are at their very best right now, so make the most of them and treat yourself to this delicious cheesecake. The best part is that this dish is very easy to jazz up, as you can make it in a pie tin for regular slicing, or serve your cheesecake in jars, glasses or cup for individual portions. Get the recipe here

3. Cardamom And Coconut Chicken Skewers With Pineapple Salsa

Perfect for a barbecue, these skewers are full of flavour and so easy to make. The combination of coconut, cardamom and pineapple makes for a very tropical flavour, so this dish is perfect for summer. Get the recipe here

4. Parmesan-Crusted Warm Chicken Salad

Anything with Parmesan is good in our book, so we're obsessed with this parmesan-crusted chicken salad recipe. Our top tip is to make a big batch to have for lunch throughout the week, so all your meals will be absolutely delicious. Click here for the recipe.

5. Molten Chocolate And Date Pudding

Molten chocolate pudding is such a satisfying dessert that this recipe is one of our favourites. Hugo Arnold's recipes are always fabulous and this recipe is no different. If you serve this up at a dinner party, everyone will be amazed by your culinary skills, so check out the recipe here
