It's the start of a new week which means it's time to figure out what to cook.

Our food cravings have inspired this list, based on recipes we've been posting on the site lately. The five dishes below are ones we know we'll cook again and again, so try them out with us and let us know what you think!

1. Coconut Almond Fudge

This recipe from Camerino Bakery seems like pure indulgence, but it's actually a really virtuous treat that combines dark chocolate, coconut and dried fruits. We love making a big batch of this to nibble on throughout the week in the office. Try the recipe here.

2. Charred Beef Rump Steak With Tarragon Butter

This tapas recipe from chef Dan Keane is perfect for al fresco dining this summer. If the weather keeps up, we're planning to enjoy this steak, alongside some other tapas, in our back garden with some good wine and good friends. Try the recipe here

3. Smoked BBQ Chicken With Sweetcorn Salsa

In keeping with our summery theme, we've been dying to fire up the barbecue and try out this recipe from John Relihan. The smoky chicken flavour combined with the sweetcorn salsa is absolutely delicious, plus the recipe will leave you with plenty of leftovers for lunch or dinner the next day. Get the recipe here.

4. Gin & Tonic Jelly With Elderflower Cordial

Gin and tonic is still the drink du jour so we imagine this delicious dessert would go down very well with a crowd. The elderflower adds a lovely summery touch to this dish, while the lime wedges add some freshness. Try this grown-up dessert here.

5. Raspberry Brownies With Whipped Cream

This brownie recipe is the perfect combination of rich and fresh, with the sharpness of the raspberries cutting through the heavy chocolate. If raspberry isn't your favourite fruit, we reckon this recipe would also work really well with strawberry or blackberry. Try the recipe here.
