New Zealand Winegrowers will host its 22nd tasting of New Zealand wines in Ireland this month at the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in Dublin 8. The event will play host to a range of masterclasses with wines from all over the country on display, appealing to both industry members and wine-lovers alike. Burns Supper at L. Mulligan Grocer, Dublin

Friday 25th January

Mulligan Grocer in Stoneybatter will host its annual Burns Supper on the 25th in honour of poet Robert Burns. John Mount, head chef at the food hall, will host a healthy pizza evening where attendees will learn how to make homemade pizzas with alternative bases, including buckwheat crust, cauliflower base and more. Sanctuary Escape at Hotwell House, Meath

Saturday January 19th

This day retreat hosted by Sanctuary Escape is the ideal way to find zen in 2019. As we mentioned before, we think Grálinn are the bee's knees. Following on from a successful year which saw them travel the country in their food truck, as well as take up residency in MVP, Grálinn will be hosting their first supper club of 2019 at Elmhurst Farm this January. The event promises to highlight “the journey from farms and fields to our plates” through Matteo’s delicious food, so get your hands on tickets here while you still can.
