The weather has taken a gorgeous turn, which is making us feel particularly summery this week!

Garmón Continental Food & Wine Evening at Monty's of Kathmandu, Eustace Street, Dublin 2
Tuesday 27th May at 7pm, tickets cost €65 per person
This event isn't happening this week, but tickets will sell out pretty fast, so we had to tell you about it ASAP. Family-owned wineries, Bodegas San Roman in Toro, Bodegas Mauro in Tudela del Duero DO and Garmón in the Ribera del Duero DO, produce small quantities of Tempranillo which will be on offer at this special event at Monty's. Pablo Gonzalez-Calvo de Miguel from Garmon Continental Wines will guide you through the Garcia Family's “Trilogy of Wineries” from the Duero Valley, paired together with a five-course menu featuring some of Monty's best Nepalese food. Miele Signature Sessions Cookery Demo with Jess Murphy at Miele Experience Centre in Citywest, Dublin
Tuesday, 14th May at 7pm, tickets €40 per person or €60 for two people
Miele, the premium cookery equipment company, has announced a series of signature sessions that are set to take place over the next month at the Miele Experience Centre in Citywest. Hosts include Ross Lewis of Chapter One and F&W Sommelier of the Year Julie Dupouy. This one-day wine fair celebrates organic and biodynamic wine. Around 28 growers and winemakers will be pouring and presenting their wines to consumers, trade visitors and press during the fair, while Irish artisan food stalls, including Fumbally Café and Loose Cannon, will be on display too. Ten Day Business of Food Course, Abbeyleix
Starts Tuesday, May 14th, and will run for 10 days over seven weeks. €2,600.00 per person

New Menu at Carluccio's, Dublin
With a new Mediterranean menu, Carluccio's Dublin is bringing seasonal flavours to Dawson Street this week. Featuring marinated cannellini beans with flaked tuna and spring onion on grilled ciabatta bread, and spinach and smoked mozzarella filled Arancini, the menu is as summery as they come.
