It’s Monday again, so it’s time for our weekly round-up – this week with a special Easter theme.

Spirit of the City, Cork
Spirit of the City, which will take place in three cities this year, kicks off in Cork this Friday. Featuring an outdoor extravaganza with a range of cocktail demonstrations and street-food stalls, as well as live music and entertainment, there's something for everyone at this event. There will also be over 25 Irish whiskey and gin brands in attendance during the festival, including Bertha’s Revenge Gin, Beara Ocean Gin and West Cork Whiskey, so you'll be able to find your new favourite tipple while you're there. Tickets for RARE by Lidl's second Dine in Dark event fo on sale today for the event's newly-announced extra event. The dinner, which will be created will celebrity chef Gary O'Hanlon, is designed to enhance your senses and make you re-evaluate your perception of taste, smell and touch. Tickets for this three-course meal cost €15 per person, with all proceeds donated to Lidl Ireland's charity partner Jigsaw, the National Centre for Youth Mental Health in Ireland. Chocolate-Inspired Tasting Menu at Cliff House Hotel, Waterford

Celebrating their in-house CLIFF10 Chocolate, which is exclusive to the hotel, Cliff House Hotel will offer a chocolate-inspired tasting menu this week. The chocolate, which was created by the Cliff House Hotel's group director of food and beverage, Martijn Kajuiter and head chef, Stephen Hayes, uses cocoa beans and chocolate sourced from Peru, Tanzania and the Dominican Republic, resulting in a dark chocolate with smoky and bitter undertones.
