Taste Summer With Lillet Rosé At Cullen's At The Cottage, Ashford Castle

Cullen's at the Cottage is celebrating summer with renowned French aperitif Lillet Rosé. This gorgeous rosé is made of a blend of Lillet red and white wines that are then infused with citrus fruit and cinchona bark. This Sunday, an exclusive Lillet Tasting Experience will take place at Cullen's where guests can sample the drink while learning more about the drink's interesting heritage. Summer Afternoon Tea At Parson's Nose, Down

The Parson's Nose, which is part of the award-winning Balloo Inns Group, has launched a brand new afternoon tea for the summer months. Overlooking the newly refurbished Hillsborough Castle and Gardens, afternoon tea at Parson's Nose will include a range of delicious dishes like hot smoked salmon crumpet with horseradish créme fraiche and mini lemon meringue tarts. New June Larder At The Eddison, Dublin

Determined to follow the seasons, The Eddison showcases new ingredients and flavours throughout the year depending on what's available. For June, chef Paul Quinn has introduced new items like blueberries, rhubarb, kale, oysters and hake, all of which will be highlighted in the restaurant's newest menu. Summer Menu At Asador, Dublin

Barbecue restaurant Asador has opened its terrace for the summer months, as well as launching its new summer menu. The new menu includes gorgeous barbecue bites like octopus, prawn pil pil and their signature Asador wings. The terrace has a fully retractable roof, so it will be comfortable for al fresco dining in all weather. Asador's sister restaurant Prado is set to open in Clontarf later this month, so keep an eye out for the Northside's newest barbecue restaurant. Click here for more info about the new menu.

National Burger Day at The Morrison Grill, Dublin

The Morrison Grill is offering a range of delicious burgers to celebrate National Burger Day this week. While the restaurant has Josper blackened chicken burgers and James Whelan wagyu beef burgers available from €17-€24, The Morrison Grill is also offering a decadent La-Di-Da Burger for €40. While this might sound pricey, the burger is made with wagyu beef, seared foie gras, truffle shavings and topped with luxurious gold leaf. If this extravagant burger sounds like your thing, head to The Morrison Grill this Thursday.
