Perrier Jouët's 'Art of The Wilde' in association with Helen Steele at The Westbury

For the next two months, Perrier Jouët Blanc de Blanc will be on offer at The Wilde at The Westbury in Dublin as part of an extravagant new installation for summer. Alongside Helen Steele's contemporary artwork, which will adorn the walls throughout the installation, guests will be able to enjoy a special menu created to complement Perrier Jouët Blanc de Blanc's floral palette. Art of The Wilde Summer Menu is á la carte and available every day from 12.30pm, with a Perrier Jouët flight highlighting Blanc de Blanc available for €39. Rum Nights at Lemuel's, Conrad Dublin

Rum is tipped to knock gin off its perch and become the next big thing is spirits, so to stay ahead of the curve, Lemuel's at Conrad Dublin has introduced new rum experiences, which will run from now until the end of September. Each rum cocktail is priced at €10 and lots of delicious options are available, including the classic mojito and a Cuatro highball, as well as Lemuel's originals.
