Mount Juliet Estate Introduces Champagne Summer Afternoon Tea

Luxurious Mount Juliet Estate in Kilkenny has introduced a Champagne afternoon tea offering to celebrate the summer months. Alongside chef John Kelly's seasonal menu, most of which is sourced from the estate itself, guests can enjoy a refreshing glass of Henriot Champagne. Afternoon tea is usually served in the Lady Helen restaurant, but if the weather allows, guests will be able to enjoy this fabulous new offering outdoors on the front lawn of the Manor House. Bushmills Black Bush To Host Woodwork Workshop 

Tuesday 23rd and Wednesday 24th July, Drury Buildings

As part of the #BlackBushStories series, Bushmills Black Bush Whiskey will host a woodworking workshop at the Drury Buildings this week. Teaming up with woodworker Éamonn O'Sullivan, the event will see guests experience a whiskey tasting with a Bushmills Brand Ambassador before trying their hand at woodcarving their own whiskey accessory to take home. Cask In Cork Is Now Open For Weekend Brunch

Cask on MacCurtain Street in Cork has announced a new weekend brunch for summer. The menu is full of classic dishes elevated with local ingredients, like French toast with Killahora apple syrup and local black pudding, potato and beef hash. New Melt Menu At 56 Central Restaurant, Galway

Hot on the heels of our list about toasties in Dublin, we've just gotten word about a place in Galway that has introduced a whole menu of toasties and melts. Alongside salads, burgers and pasta, 56 Central Restaurant in Galway has revealed a menu full of delicious melts, like the smoky maple hickory tofu with vegan cheese or the Kickin' Chicken and Bacon melt.
