Meet The Maker Wine Dinner at Lady Helen Restaurant, Mount Juliet Estate

Wednesday, June 12th, tickets €145 per person

While this dinner isn't actually happening this week, we have included it here so that you can get tickets before they sell out. The Michelin-starred Lady Helen restaurant at Mount Juliet in Kilkenny will be hosting a winemaker dinner with Michael Malat from Weingut Malat Estate in Austria. The evening will see a range of Michael's wines paired with a six-course tasting menu created by head chef John Kelly. Wellness Workshop Brunches at Copia Green, Limerick

Saturday, June 8th, Sunday, June 9th, and Saturday, June 15th, tickets €40

To coincide with Global Wellness Day, which takes place this Saturday, June 8th, Copia Green in Limerick will team up with leading wellness practitioners to host a series of self-care and wellness events. Each event will include a talk on wellness, as well as an hour-long Pilates or yoga session before participants sit down to enjoy a nourishing two-course Copia Green brunch. All three sessions will take place upstairs in Copia Green. NCAD Inspired Afternoon Tea At The Westbury

Available from Friday, June 7th

The Westbury Hotel in Dublin is partnering with the National College of Art and Design (NCAD) to create an afternoon tea offering that honours Ireland's budding fashion designers. Inspired by the pieces, executive pastry chef at The Westbury, Ray Encarnacion, has created a selection of intricate desserts and sweet treats. Guests can enjoy the bespoke NCAD Inspired Afternoon Tea for €55 per person. Espresso Martini Month at Roberta's
