Asador – one of Ireland’s best loved barbecue restaurants – boasts an outdoor terrace where diners can enjoy summer cocktails from its extensive drinks list. Here, we recreate one of their signature cocktails, perfect for sipping al fresco.
The Asador Bolivian Kiss
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 25ml fresh lemon juice
- 40ml vodka
- 20ml Coca leaf liqueur - Agwa De Bolivia
- 40ml pear purée
- 15ml demerara syrup
In a shaker lightly muddle the thyme and lemon juice.
Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice.
Shake, and fine strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with an additional sprig of thyme and small pieces of lemon peel.
