Try your hand at this Snowball cocktail from the mixologists at award-winning Thai and Vietnamese restaurant Saba, Dublin
- 50ml popcorn-infused Bacardi Carta Oro
- 50ml coconut puree
- 50ml vanilla syrup
- Crushed ice
- 2 star anise, for garnish
- Place popcorn in your Bacardi Carta Oro Rum overnight. Strain the now infused Bacardi Carta Ora Rum.
- Place the crushed ice into a blender and add all of the ingredients. Blend for 20 seconds.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with star anise.
