If you're planning to wow your date this Valentine's Day by cooking them a romantic meal, then you need to make sure you have the drink offerings covered too.

Jackford Irish Potato Gin was launched last year by the Stafford family in County Wexford. The creamy and smooth taste from the potato base of the gin is complemented by the natural sweetness from a unique mix of botanicals. The taste is completely balanced, giving you citrus, spicy and earthy notes.

Making a homemade cocktail is a quickfire way to someone's heart and if your date likes gin, then they will definitely be impressed by Jackford's Pink Clover Club Cocktail. Try out the recipe below to ensure romance this Valentine's Day.
