Apple tart with Cullahill pastry

This recipe is a family favourite of the O'Connell's from Cullahill, Co. Laois. The pastry uses the creaming method to give it a more scone-like texture and it is so well-loved that it is now taught in Ballymaloe Cookery School by Darina and Rory. Get the recipe, here.
