Kiwi, orange & pear smoothie

Only 3 ingredients stand between you and a great morning!

  • 8 Kiwis
  • 8 Oranges
  • 2 Pears
  • 2 tsp caster sugar


  1. Peel the kiwi fruit and cut them into quarters lengthways, cutting out the core.
  2. Discard the core, then take the pears, peel, remove the core and chop the remaining pear into pieces.
  3. Cut the oranges in half and juice.
  4. Put the kiwi fruit, pear, sugar and the juice from the oranges in a processor or liquidiser and blend.
  5. Serve the smoothie cold.
