Citrus burst smoothie with beets & linseed

Start your morning off right with this citrusy smoothie!

Ingredients

  • 1 mandarin, peeled and deseeded
  • 1 orange, peeled and quartered 
  • 4 strawberries, hulled
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds only
  • 1 small beetroot
  • 1 tbsp linseed
  • 1.5 cups coconut water

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. 
  2. Pour into a glass and serve with your favourite fruity toppings.
