To celebrate ten years of serving delicious and innovative cocktails, the expert team of mixologists at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Belfast have launched a brand-new cocktail menu for the summer 2019. Drawing inspiration from The Grand Opera House, these new cocktails each have their own unique style and flavour, with vivacious colours, textures and aromas.

Method

1. Pour the Jawbox Gin, Campari and Martini Rosso into a mixing glass and stir together with ice.
2. Strain into a glass over ice.
3. To create the twist to garnish your cocktail, use a peeler to peel around the circumference of the orange and then using your hands create a spiral – the peel should hold this shape.
