Three Michelin-starred chef Mauro Colagreco is hosting an exclusive evening in the luxurious Sani Resort, Greece.
Colagreco is consulting chef at Sani Asterias, and will be flying in to create dishes for a special evening. His own restaurant, Mirazur on the French Riveria, took the top spot on the recently announced World’s 50 Best Restaurants listing.
Colagreco is known for his love of local produce (Mirazur boasts its own three-tiered garden) and takes inspiration from his Argentinian-Italian heritage as well as the local region. Along with the multi-award winning Miramar, Colagreco has a successful hamburger chain, Carne, in Argentina and owns Grand Coeur, a brasserie and restaurant in Paris.
The renowned chef will be at Sani Asterias’ Water Restaurant, on the Kassandra peninsula, for one night only - 6 August - to create dishes taken from Mirazur’s menu. Guests can expect a Mediterranean and French focus, with each dish matched by a range of fine wines sourced from Greece and further afield.
