At 11 am on Mother's Day, Erica will take to the private event for a live 45-minute cook-a-long. During this time, Erica will take you through what's inside the box and demonstrate how to assemble the dish. Then, Kate McLoughlin from McLoughlin’s Craft Butchers will join the call to share a bit on the story of the Blackstairs Lamb inside the box. Following Kate's chat, Sarah Merrigan of Sarah&Olive will join in on the activities with the background and tasting notes of ‘Finca la Torre’ 100 point Extra Virgin Olive Oil which can be added to the Mother's Day Gift Box in favour of prosecco.
