The Hospitality Expo will take place at the Main Hall Complex, RDS, Dublin 4 on October 11 and 12.
It's the biggest trade event of the year and it's back bigger and better than ever: the Hospitality Expo will return to the RDS this week with more than 200 exhibitors and sponsors set to appear. Additionally, more than 5,000 industry visitors are set to appear.
Exhibitors slated to be in attendance include Reward Catering, Sullivan's Brewing Company, Wild Atlantic Distillery, The Dublin Liberties Distillery, Carlow Brewing Company, plus brands like Tierney's, Pure Fit Out, CBE, Smeg and more.
There will also be three seminar stages running each day, with each hosting talks from industry professionals and experts. The hospitality stage will play host to a number two-hour talks, each dealing with topics affecting the industry today - expect to see experts like Vaughan Yates of The Virgin Mary Collective, Sarah Dolly of Fáilte Ireland, Ross O'Neill of Workbly, and more discussing topics like recruitment, hospitality management skills, the role of technology in the guest experience and much more.
Over on the technology and fit out stage, you'll find the likes of Garry Cohn of Cohn Design, Tara Beattie of Mange Tout, and Ross Hunt of Outmin chatting about data, interiors, growth of the industry and more.
The food and beverage stage will play host to a number of talks around kitchens and the industry. Paddy Lynn of WeHaveChefs will be talking recruitment, Blathnaid Bergin of The Business of Food will discuss savings in operations management, and much more.
We will also be hosting a very special Food&Wine panel discussion at the Hospitality Expo's food and beverage stage on Wednesday, October 12 at 2pm. Assistant editor Jordan Mooney will be in discussion with Dan Hannigan of Orwell Road, Gaz Smith of Michael's, and Lily Ramirez-Foran of Picado Mexican Pantry about the challenges facing the industry and where we go from here.
