As Ireland and France get set to meet for their Guinness Six Nations rugby clash later this month, two chefs are preparing for a special ‘battle of the nations’ cook-off.
Euro-Toques Young Chef of the Year Gráinne Mullins and Café en Seine Executive Head Chef Stephen Gibson will be taking part in Guinnesstronomie in Dublin’s Café en Seine on Friday 13th March.

Gráinne will create a six-course Irish-inspired tasting menu and Stephen will be presenting a French one. Guests will be able to vote for their favourite dishes on the night and the winning menu will be served in Café en Seine over the weekend of 14th and 15th March.
There will be two Guinnesstronomie sittings on the Friday at 5pm to 7pm and 7.30pm to 9.30pm. Tickets are €48 and include a six-course tasting menu and a pint of Guinness or a Guinness Espresso Martini specially created for this event. To book, email [email protected] or call (01) 677 4567.
