Cookbook author and tv cook Fiona Uyema has expanded her range of Asian cookery sauces and ingredients.
Uyema’s love of Asian cooking - and time spent living in Asia- prompted her to set up her own range which now features 18 products and has picked up awards along the way. The new additions joining the existing line of soy sauces and stir fry sauces include curry pastes, meals kits and subscription boxes.
There's a trip of curry pastes (katsu, Chinese, and Thai green), a miso paste and a handy chopped range that includes ready-to-use garlic, chilli and ginger. All the products are free from artificial colours, additives, preservatives, and MSG, and contains almost zero refined sugar.
Along with meal kits containing everything you need to make dishes such as sushi, katsu curry, and ramen, there’s also a new monthly subscription box. Priced from €50 a month for 9 months, each one includes 15 Fused products, a rice or noodle product, bespoke recipes and more.
