Taste of Dublin 2021 takes place in the Iveagh Gardens from Wednesday September 1 until Sunday September 5 and we have tickets up for grabs for the Sunday sessions.
Taste of Dublin, an annual festival hosted in the city centre's picturesque Iveagh Gardens, is one of the country's most popular food-focused festivals. Each year, guests flock to Taste of Dublin to taste delicious food, sample bespoke drinks, watch exclusive masterclasses and much more.
This year, Taste of Dublin is back and better than ever after being postponed last year due to Covid-19 restrictions. As part of our partnership with the festival, our new resident chef Domini Kemp will be in conversation with Aisling Rogerson of The Fumbally Cafe to talk about 'A new vision for Irish school canteens' at 1.15pm on Saturday, September 4 at the Food For Thought stage.
In 2018, Rogerson and her team at the Fumbally took over running the canteen at Presentation Secondary School in Dublin 8, providing tasty, nutritious meals to the students. In their talk, Kemp and Rogerson will discuss how the project has grown and what it could mean for school canteens going forward.
