Smokin' Soul, Ireland’s only professional barbecue equipment manufacturer (which counts pitmasters such as John Relihan and Andy Noonan among its fans) is running one of its two-day BBQ workshops on 11th and 12th April 2020.
These popular hands-on workshops are usually only open to members of the food industry but this year any barbecue fan can sign up. The Saturday class will cover open fire cooking, direct and indirect barbecuing and grilling, while on Sunday it’ll be smoked meats and how to use authentic timber smokers.
The masterclass is taking place at the company's base in New Ross in County Wexford. Tickets are €255 per person for the weekend (excluding accommodation) or €155 per person for the day of your choice. Check out Smokinsoul.ie for more information.
