Stack A Restaurant at Urban Brewing in Dublin is hosting a unique Foraging & Fermentation Dinner on Saturday, 28th March at 7pm and we have a place for two at the table to give away.
The evening will showcase the very best of foraged, organic and local ingredients served alongside beers brewed with wild ingredients to complement each dish.
The six-course beer pairing menu will celebrate the abundance of foraged spring flavours, alongside some carefully fermented additions as Stack A head chef, Dan Keane, works closely with the on-site Urban Brewing brewers.
