As much as most of us would like to enjoy a long, lingering lunch it’s not always possible - but the five star Conrad Dublin has come up with a clever fix.
Based on customer feedback, The Coburg restaurant is launching an express lunch, available from Monday to Friday. Executive Chef Gary Rogers has created a three-course choice menu that will change daily.
Customers can expect the likes of tomato soup or a superfood salad with quinoa, pomegranate, almonds, and feta cheese to start, a main of baked fillet of seabass or sweet potato cakes and a dessert of the day. Vegetarian and vegan options are available too.
