Known for its cruffins, sourdough and for serving the best croissant in Dublin, Bread 41 is one the best bakeries in the city so we were extremely excited to hear that a brand new pastry will be available in the bakery on Tuesday, July 14th.
Bread 41 specialises in the art of French patisserie and boulangerie, creating delicious and insanely Instagrammable treats daily from their Pearse Street HQ. In-keeping with their French ethos, Bread 41 is set to celebrate the country's national holiday of Bastille Day on Tuesday, launching their newest pastry, the Ravissant.
The Ravissant, which means delightful in French, is a new take on the croissant. Perfect spirals of flaky pastry filled with homemade salted caramel sauce or lemon curd, The Ravissant is a unique pastry that will be available in limited numbers on Tuesday, so we recommend you start queuing early - the store will open at 7am and queues have been known to extend around the block.
