The Pullman at Glenlo Abbey, Galway
The Pullman Restaurant at five-star Glenlo Abbey is one of Ireland’s most unique dining locations. Made up of two dining carriages, one of which was part of the original Orient Express train. The Morgan Hotel, which recently reopened after a €15 million refurbishment, hopes celebrate this New Year’s Eve in style with newly appointed head chef Brian E. Meehan’s seven-course tasting menu.

The stylish River Lee Hotel looks set to be buzzing this New Year’s Eve. The Lee Club will be offering cocktails, light bites and a DJ for those looking to start the new year on an energetic note.
For those looking for a more relaxed affair, The Mirror Room at The Lee Hotel will be holding a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner. The luxurious seven-course tasting menu, which will feature Wagyu steaks and a West Cork cheese plate, will please all palates.
