- 30ml Plymouth Sloe Gin
- 10ml lemon juice
- 1 passion fruit
- 10ml sugar
- Champagne to top off
- Place sloe gin, sugar, lemon juice and half a passion fruit into a cocktail shaker and shake.
- Strain into a coupe glass and top off with champagne.
- To garnish, attach the other half of the passion fruit to the side of the glass.
