Ballilogue

Ballilogue

Ballilogue, a rural retreat in Co. Kilkenny, have added a small but perfectly formed bar to their boutique settings.

The series of stone buildings, dating back to 1700, have been lovingly restored to provide modern, comfortable and stylish accommodation in Co. Kilkenny. We love the idea of a large family, group of friends or intimate wedding party renting out 22-person retreat and enjoying all it has to offer. The new bar is decorated with a raw wood bar, a stove and bookcases and meshes well with he sleek interiors at Ballilogue.

Manager Anne Dack says the Shed Bar was a natural addition to the facilities at Ballilogue. “Our guests are mostly groups of people coming for a special celebration. Most of them dine in the Old Dairy but now they have the option to enjoy drinks in a connected but separate space before dinner or to adjourn to the Bar for some fun later in the evening. We think our guests will enjoy the quirky design of this new space and appreciate how it fits in seamlessly with our existing converted spaces.”
