Take inspiration from one of the Mint Bar’s specially created gin recipes to jazz up the classic and much-loved G&T.
The Ultimate G&T
- 50ml Tanqueray 10 premium gin
- Thomas Henry tonic
- 1 wedge fresh pink grapefruit
- 1 sprig thyme
Take a large copa glass and fill with ice. Do not be afraid to fill the glass completely.
Add the Tanqueray 10.
- Place a long spoon into the glass and add Thomas Henry tonic to fill by pouring along the spoon. This will ensure the tonic retains as much gas as possible and is as crisp as possible.
Add a wedge of fresh pink grapefruit and thyme to serve.
